Ingredients
- 1 crawfish tails
- 1 oil for frying
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1/4 cup pimientos (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid crab (boil)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add pimientos and green onions to crawfish. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add to crawfish. Add broth or water and mix to make a thick batter. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour. Heat oil. Drop batter by spoonsful and fry until golden brown. (wrv)
