- 4 egg whites
- 1 few drops of lemon juice
- 1 foamy
- 1/2 sugar in
- 1 1/2 c cream (heavy)
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 tb baileys irish cream
- 2 tb irish whiskey
with the cream, stirring well to blend. Pass the hot sauce at the table, to be poured over frozen souffles. ~-
