Creole Sauce

Combine the sliced okra with the tomatoes, chopped onions, and the green peppers chopped and saute' for a few minutes in garlic-flavored oil. Add a dash or two of Louisiana hot sauce, the chili sauce, and the sherry (ordinary). Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and blend in a blender.
