Ingredients

- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 seasoned salt
- 1 brown meat
- 1 noodles
- 1 another layer of noodles
- 1/2 sauce
- 1/2 cheese
- 48 oz spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 10 oz nonfat
- 1 lb fine noodles
Makes 2 casseroles. Can be doubled or halved. Freezes well.
