Ingredients
- 2 cubed turkey (cooked)
- 2 cavatelli (cooked)
- 475 gr cubed beef (cooked)
- 450 gr cubed fully ham (cooked)
- 280 gr cubed chicken (cooked)
- 270 gr cubed pork (cooked)
- 240 ml bottled spaghetti sauce
- 210 gr rigatoni (cooked)
- 210 gr elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 210 gr tiny shell macaroni (cooked)
- 110 gr fine noodles (cooked)
- 60 gr monterey jack (shredded)
- 60 gr american cheese (shredded)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 60 ml water
- 55 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 55 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 14 gr butter
- 7 gr onion (minced dried)
- 1 gr onion powder
- 1 gr pepper
. In a large saucpan, melt butter or margarine. Stir in flour. Stir in undrained tomatoes, your choice of sauce, onion or onion powder, water, and pepper. (If using tomato sauce or pizza sauce, add half teaspoon dried oregano, crushed.) Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in your choice of meat and pasta. Turn into a 2 litre casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 180ÂșC oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle your choice of cheese atop. Bake 5 minutes more or till cheese melts.
