Ingredients
- 2 peppercorns
- 1 tumeric (ground)
- 1 3/8 c coriander seeds
- 1 c cumin seeds
- 2 oz root ginger (dried)
- 1/4 c chilis (dried red)
- 2 tb mustard seeds
- 1/4 c fennel seeds
- 1/4 c blades of mace
- 2 tb poppy seeds
- 1 oz cardamom pods
