Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 when (thick)
- 2 c brown sugar
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/4 c water
- 2 c dates
- 1 c shortening
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c pecans
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 ts salt
- 1/8 ts cinnamon
Recipe by: Margret Harrington Drop 1 teaspoon dough, add 1/2 teaspoon filling and 1/2 teaspoon dough on top. Bake at 375 ----
