Ingredients
- 7 1/2 venison (ground)
- 3 green onion (whole fresh chopped)
- 7 1/2 pounds pork (ground)
- 3 ounces lea
- 3 ounces brown sugar (light)
- 4 ounces salt
- 1 ounce black pepper (ground)
- 1 ounce cayenne
- 1 ounce louisiana sauce (hot)
- 1 ounce paprika
- 1 1/2 ounces accent seasoning mix
Mix all of the above together well. Stuff in casing.
