Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1/2 c good quality olive oil
- 1/2 c pine nuts
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 1 c basil leaves (chopped)
In a blender, combine basil, garlic, nuts, and cheese. Slowly add oil while blender is running. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
