Ingredients
- 1/2 c soy milk
- 6 tb vegetable oil
- 3 tb lemon juice
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts paprika
- 1/4 ts prepared mustard
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend on lowest speed. Graduall literally one drop at a time add the oil until the mixture starts to thicken. Continue blending until thickened and smooth. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cup Preparation Time: 20 *
