Ingredients
- 120 ml soy milk
- 90 ml vegetable oil
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 ml prepared mustard
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend on lowest speed. Graduall literally one drop at a time add the oil until the mixture starts to thicken. Continue blending until thickened and smooth. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator. Makes 0.75 cup Preparation Time: 20 *
