Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 3 c tomatoes (plum)
- 3/4 c dry sherry
- 1/2 c bell pepper (minced red)
- 1/4 c celery
- 1 tb basil (fresh)
- 1 ts olive oil
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
nutmeg, basil & tomatoes. Bring to a boil, lower heat & simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes. Season to taste. Serve immediately over cooked pasta. "Vegetarian Times" September, 1991
