Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 475 gr tomatoes (plum)
- 180 ml dry sherry
- 65 gr bell pepper (minced red)
- 26 gr celery
- 8 gr basil (fresh)
- 5 ml olive oil
- 1 gr nutmeg
nutmeg, basil & tomatoes. Bring to a boil, lower heat & simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes. Season to taste. Serve immediately over cooked pasta. "Vegetarian Times" September, 1991
