Ingredients
- 4 chicken (boneless skinless)
- 3 ingredien chicken
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 fettuccini (uncooked)
- 1 gallon parmesan cheese
- 10 oz rotel tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 tb butter
- 1 tb lime juice
- 1 t lime rind (grated)
- 1/8 t pepper (crushed red)
Meanwhile, cook fettuccini according to package directions; drain. Add butter and lime rind; toss well and keep warm. Arrange fettuccini on platter; top with chicken and RO*TEL sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
