Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c walnuts (chopped)
- 4 tb unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 ds salt
Ice cream Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in small mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 325F 30 minutes, or until done. Pie will settle like meringue when cool. Cut in wedges and serve with ice cream.
