Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 65 gr flour
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Ice cream Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in small mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased 20 cm pie pan. Bake at 160ÂșC 30 minutes, or until done. Pie will settle like meringue when cool. Cut in wedges and serve with ice cream.
