- 14 1/2 oz chunky pasta style
- 3/4 lb beef (ground)
- 1 c green onions (sliced)
- 6 oz penne
- 1/2 c swiss cheese (shredded)
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese (shredded)
-Cheddar cheese Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened. Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2 minutes to melt cheeses. Prep and cook time: 30 minutes
