Ingredients
- 9 potatoes (new)
- 1/4 bacon
- 1/4 them
- 1/4 c wine vinegar (red)
- 1/4 c shallots (finely chopped)
- 1/4 c purple onion (chopped)
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1/2 c parsley (chopped)
- some salt and pepper
seasonings, and add additional oil and vinegar, if the salad seems dry. Sprinkle reserved bacon on top.
