Ingredients
- 9 potatoes (new)
- 1/4 bacon
- 1/4 them
- 60 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 34 gr shallots (finely chopped)
- 30 gr purple onion (chopped)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 14 gr parsley (chopped)
- some salt and pepper
seasonings, and add additional oil and vinegar, if the salad seems dry. Sprinkle reserved bacon on top.
