Ingredients
- 5 strawberry puree
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 5/8 c strawberries
- 5 tablespoons strawberry puree
- 3/4 ts corn syrup (light)
- 1/4 ts lemon juice
water and beat until thick enough to spread. Makes enough frosting to cover tops and sides of two 8-inch layers.
