Ingredients
- 5 strawberry puree
- 2 egg whites
- 300 gr sugar
- 100 gr strawberries
- 75 gr strawberry puree
- 5 gr corn syrup (light)
- 1 ml lemon juice
water and beat until thick enough to spread. Makes enough frosting to cover tops and sides of two 20 cm layers.
