- 4 fairly firm camembert (pieces)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cube of day-old bread browns in
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 ts all purpose flour
- 1/2 ts dry mustard
- 1/2 ts mixed herbs (dried)
- 1/2 ts chili powder (hot)
- 4 pn cayenne pepper
rosemary and thyme sprigs, if desired, and serve at once.
