- 1 duckling (roasted)
- 80 cup baking dish
- 4 c broth
- 1/2 c up apricots (cut dried)
- 1 c regular rice (uncooked)
- 1 c celery (chopped)
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
5. Bake in moderate oven until ruce is tender and liquid is absorbed.
