Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast (cooked)
- 2 cup fat free italian salad dressing
- 2 c brown rice (cooked)
- 1 c carrots
- 1 c celery
- 3/4 c wheat germ (toasted)
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3/8 c green onions
- 2 tsp black pepper -l
- 3 tb parsley (fresh)
Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
