Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves peeled)
- 3/4 c chicken broth
- 4 tb parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c basil leaves
- 1 tb olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste Heat broth to boiling. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor; process until basil and garlic are minced. (Or by hand, use a mortar and pestle: Mash basil and garlic together, then mix with remaining ingredients.) Recipe from Slim Gourmet p.reynolds genie
