Ingredients
- 350 degree oven until the enchiladas are heated through
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 brand vegetable oil when i was growing up
- 1 warning
- 1 just enough vegetable oil to a frying to cover the bottom (pan)
- 1 this recipe calls for american cheese
- 1/2 pound american cheese (grated)
- 1 package chili with beef no beans your favorite
- some cheese
Serve with Mexican rice and refried beans.
