- 350 degree oven
- 9 springform with vegetable (pan)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cream cheese with the sour cream
- 2 lb cream cheese (light)
- 1 1/4 c granulated sugar
- 1 c fine gingersnap crumbs
- 1/2 c sour cream (light)
- 4 tb melted margarine
- 2 tb gingerroot (grated fresh)
- 2 tb candied ginger (chopped)
- 1 tb powdered sugar
- 1 ts orange peel (finely grated)
pan. When cutting the cheesecake, wipe the blade between each cut.
