• 350 degree oven
• 9 springform with vegetable (pan)
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cream cheese with the sour cream
• 2 lb cream cheese (light)
• 1 1/4 c granulated sugar
• 1 c fine gingersnap crumbs
• 1/2 c sour cream (light)
• 4 tb melted margarine
• 2 tb gingerroot (grated fresh)
• 2 tb candied ginger (chopped)
• 1 tb powdered sugar
• 1 ts orange peel (finely grated)
