- 1 bean sprouts
- 1/2 scallions (sliced)
- 2 c cubed chicken breast (cooked)
- 1 c snow peas
- 1 c thinly mushrooms (sliced)
- 3/8 c lemon juice
- 2 tb ginger (finely minced)
- 2 tb low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tb oil
- 1/2 ts oriental sesame oil
- some garlic
- some watercress
Place The Chicken, Scallions, Peas, Bean Sprouts & Mushrooms in A Large Bowl. Combine The Soy Sauce, Ginger, Oil, Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice & Garlic And Toss With The Chicken Mixture.
