Ingredients
- 3 granola
- 1/2 apples (dried)
- 3/4 c pumpkin kernals (roasted)
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c oyster crackers
- 1/2 c apricots (dried)
- 1 c peanuts (salted)
- 3/4 c banana chips (dried)
- 3/4 c cashews (salted)
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c dates
- 1/2 c sunflower nuts (salted)
- 3/4 c flaked
- 1/4 c margarine
- 3 oz chow mein noodles
Heat oven to 350~. Mix granola, noodles, peanuts, apricots and raisins. Pour margarine over granola mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread in 9x13" ungreased pan. Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes; cool. Stir in the chips. Store in tightly covered container. VARIATIONS : Add any combination of the above variations with the granola. If using M & M's, add with the chips.
