Ingredients
- 3 granola
- 1/2 apples (dried)
- 190 gr pumpkin kernals (roasted)
- 170 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 140 gr oyster crackers
- 140 gr apricots (dried)
- 130 gr peanuts (salted)
- 110 gr banana chips (dried)
- 100 gr cashews (salted)
- 85 gr raisins
- 75 gr dates
- 65 gr sunflower nuts (salted)
- 60 gr flaked
- 55 gr margarine
- 16 gr chow mein noodles
Heat oven to 180ºC Mix granola, noodles, peanuts, apricots and raisins. Pour margarine over granola mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread in 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes; cool. Stir in the chips. Store in tightly covered container. VARIATIONS : Add any combination of the above variations with the granola. If using M & M's, add with the chips.
