Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 c spinach
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 tb olive oil
- 2 ts basil (dried)
- some pepper
Insides scooped out In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until translucent. In a bowl, combine the sauteed onions with all remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Stuff filling into tomatoes.
