Ingredients
- 12 c green tomatoes (chopped)
- 16 c apples
- 6 c sugar
- 4 c sultanas (chopped)
- 1 c vinegar
- 2 c currants
- 8 tb margarine
- 2 tb cinnamon
- 2 tb lemon rind
- 2 tb orange rind
- 3 ts salt
- 2 ts nutmeg
process. 3. Blend everything in a large pot. 4. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 5. Bottle and process in hot water bath.
