Ingredients
- 1,900 gr green tomatoes (chopped)
- 1,600 gr apples
- 1,200 gr sugar
- 550 gr sultanas (chopped)
- 240 ml vinegar
- 220 gr currants
- 110 gr margarine
- 16 gr cinnamon
- 12 gr lemon rind
- 12 gr orange rind
- 8 gr salt
- 5 gr nutmeg
process. 3. Blend everything in a large pot. 4. Cook slowly for 1.5 to 2 hours. 5. Bottle and process in hot water bath.
