- 1 asafetida
- 1 chili (hot dried red)
- 1/2 green chili (fresh hot)
- 1/2 lb carrots
- 1/2 lb cabbage
- 2 5/8 t vegetable oil
- 2 5/8 t coriander (chopped fresh)
- 5/8 t black mustard seed (whole)
- 5/8 t lemon juice
- 7/8 t salt
- 3/8 t sugar
