Ingredients
- 2 c cubed turkey ham (cooked)
- 2 c potatoes (diced cooked)
- 1/2 c cream (light)
- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tb pimento
Heat oven to 350�. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake 45 minutes.
