Ingredients
- 9 round for a crus transfer the rounds to ookie sheet s (thin)
- 6 balls
- 5 round for a th ick crust
- 1/8 th of the cheese
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour (whole)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour more for dusting (plus)
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 6 oz low fat mozzarella cheese coarsley (grated)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 t sauce on top of one
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 slice toppings zucchini (optional sliced red yellow)
Bake on the bottom of the preheated over for 10 to 12 minutes or until the crus t is golden on the bottom.
