Ingredients
- 9 round for a crus transfer the rounds to ookie sheet s (thin)
- 6 balls
- 5 round for a th ick crust
- 1/8 th of the cheese
- 240 ml lukewarm water
- 190 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 190 gr all purpose flour more for dusting (plus)
- 180 ml tomato sauce
- 80 gr low fat mozzarella cheese coarsley (grated)
- 60 ml water
- 10 ml sauce on top of one
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr sugar
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 slice toppings zucchini (optional sliced red yellow)
Bake on the bottom of the preheated over for 10 to dozen minutes or until the crus t is golden on the bottom.
