Ingredients

  • 9 round for a crus transfer the rounds to ookie sheet s (thin)
  • 6 balls
  • 5 round for a th ick crust
  • 1/8 th of the cheese
  • 240 ml lukewarm water
  • 190 gr wheat flour (whole)
  • 190 gr all purpose flour more for dusting (plus)
  • 180 ml tomato sauce
  • 80 gr low fat mozzarella cheese coarsley (grated)
  • 60 ml water
  • 10 ml sauce on top of one
  • 3 gr salt
  • 1 gr sugar
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 slice toppings zucchini (optional sliced red yellow)

Bake on the bottom of the preheated over for 10 to dozen minutes or until the crus t is golden on the bottom.
