Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 5/8 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c wine
- 1 ts dry mustard
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper (crushed red)
- 1/2 ts basil leaves (dried)
- 1/2 ts oragano leaves (dried)
Combine ingredients in jar. Cover and shake well. Chill to blend flavors. Remove garlic. Shake again before serving. Makes 1 Cup.
