Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 1 lb potatoes (new red)
- 1/2 c italian dressing
- 1/2 c green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 c water
- 3/8 c ripe olives (sliced)
- 1 tb parmesan cheese
- 2 tb snipped parsley (fresh)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 slice onion (red)
lightly to coat evenly. Refrigerate until chilled. Stir before serving and sprinkle with cheese.
