- 1 tomato
- 290 gr potatoes (new red)
- 120 gr italian dressing
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 ml water
- 45 gr ripe olives (sliced)
- 5 gr parmesan cheese
- 3 gr snipped parsley (fresh)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 slice onion (red)
lightly to coat evenly. Refrigerate until chilled. Stir before serving and sprinkle with cheese.
