- 2 clove garlic
- 2 quart saucepan
- 1 quart casserole
- 28 oz tomatoes
- 3 c tri-mixed pastas
- 1 c mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 c onion (chopped)
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1 ts sugar
- 2 tb parsley (chopped fresh)
- 2 ts basil
- 1/2 ts oregano
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
until the cheese is melted.
