Ingredients
- 7 green chiles
- 7 glass baking (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c evaporated milk
- 3 c monterey jack (shredded)
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 ts salt
- 2 slices tomatoes
in the evaporated milk, flour and salt. Carefully pour over the layers in the dish. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve in squares and garnish with sour cream and avocado slices.
