Ingredients
- 1 pepper (hot)
- 3/4 c vinegar (white)
- 1 c green onions
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c oil
- 2 tb garlic powder
- 2 tb salt
- 1 tb sugar
- 1 tb allspice
- 1 tb thyme
- 1 1/2 ts grnd black pepper (fresh)
- 1 1/2 ts cayenne
- 3/4 ts cinnamon
- 3/4 ts nutmeg
- 1 1/2 ts rubbed sage
