- 1 pepper (hot)
- 180 ml vinegar (white)
- 120 gr green onions
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml oil
- 20 gr garlic powder
- 18 gr salt
- 14 gr sugar
- 6 gr allspice
- 6 gr thyme
- 4 gr grnd black pepper (fresh)
- 3 gr cayenne
- 2 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr rubbed sage
