Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 6 t sugar
- 2 t dry mustard
- 2 t onion powder
a little water Cut tofu in strips 1/2 inch thick and marinate, then fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice. I like to cut tofu in squares and throw in a vegetable stir-fry. Enjoy!
