Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 26 gr sugar
- 10 ml dry mustard
- 5 gr onion powder
a little water Cut tofu in strips 1 cm thick and marinate, then fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice. I like to cut tofu in squares and throw in a vegetable stir-fry. Enjoy!
