Ingredients
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 wonton skins
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 lb hamburger (lean)
- 8 oz bean sprouts (chopped)
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 3 tb sesame oil
- 1 ts en egg
- 1 ts msg
Mix all ingredients except wonton skins. Put 1 T. of filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg. Deep fry until golden brown. Makes approximately 60.
