Ingredients
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 wonton skins
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 850 gr hamburger (lean)
- 130 gr bean sprouts (chopped)
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 45 ml sesame oil
- 5 gr en egg
- 4 gr msg
Mix all ingredients except wonton skins. Put 1 T. of filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg. Deep fry until golden brown. Makes approximately 60.
