- 1 3/4 cups water
- 7/8 c vegetable broth
- 7/8 c merlot
- 7 oz brown rice
- 2 oz ff parmesan (grated)
- 3/8 oz mushrooms (dried)
- 1 ts rosemary
- some salt and pepper
promptly. (the original advises eating promptly so it doesn't get too dry; I didn't find this to be a problem, and even reheated it for a couple of days).
