Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 425 ml water
- 210 ml vegetable broth
- 200 gr merlot
- 100 gr brown rice
- 32 gr ff parmesan (grated)
- 3 gr mushrooms (dried)
- 1 gr rosemary
- some salt and pepper
promptly. (the original advises eating promptly so it doesn't get too dry; I didn't find this to be a problem, and even reheated it for a couple of days).
